SOS button
A press on the wearable sends a critical alert to the family portal — so relatives know within seconds, not after a missed call.

Physiotherapy at home
Book physiotherapy sessions at home when they’re needed. Progress shows up in the KushLife “Steady” check on every visit.
Wearable care alerts
Privilege and Signature include a complimentary SOS watch with family alerts. Alerts arrive in calm, plain language — not a wall of sensor noise.
A press on the wearable sends a critical alert to the family portal — so relatives know within seconds, not after a missed call.
When the band is online but shows no daytime movement for a set window, the family gets a warning — distinct from SOS, never confused with a switched-off band.
Experimental fall sensing can nudge the family to check in. It is not a medical device — confirm in person when it matters.
Possible-fall detection is experimental and not medical-grade. A switched-off band shows as offline, never as immobility.
What we fit
These are the items we most often fit after an assessment. We supply and install them, so there is one team accountable for whether it is done properly — not a box left at the door.
Needs a solid wallBathroom
A solid handhold beside the toilet or at the shower entry, for steadying and standing up.
We check: Stainless steel that will not rust, a documented load rating, and fixings into solid wall — never tile alone.
Needs a solid wallBathroom
Support for sitting down and standing up, which folds flat against the wall when it is not needed.
We check: Load rating, solid-wall anchors, the gap left beside the toilet, and that the hinge still works easily for them.

Bathroom
Lets them bathe sitting down — the single biggest change for anyone who tires or feels unsteady standing.
We check: Height adjusts to them, drainage slots, non-slip feet, a backrest, and a weight capacity with room to spare.
Quick winBathroom
The fastest, cheapest way to make a smooth wet floor safer — often fitted on the day we visit.
We check: Suction cups that hold on your actual tile, and replacing it as soon as the edges curl or the grip weakens.

Bathroom
A clear treatment for existing tiles that improves grip underfoot when the floor is wet, changing nothing visually.
We check: Tested on a small patch first for tile compatibility, then checked wet, barefoot, before we call it done.

Bathroom
A cord they can reach after a fall — including from the floor — that calls for help when a phone is out of reach.
We check: A bathroom-rated unit, positioned to be reachable from the toilet, the shower and floor level, and priced with its receiver.

Bedroom
Something firm to hold when getting in and out of bed, and a partial barrier on the open side.
We check: Fit to the mattress and frame, and every entrapment gap measured. A rail is a handhold, never a restraint.
Anything fixed to a wall — grab bars and fold-up rails — has to go into solid masonry or concrete, not just tile or a partition board. That is one of the first things we check on the visit, and it is why we quote after seeing the home rather than from a price list.
Book an assessmentCustom plan
Not every family fits a standard membership. Choose the care you want and send it across — we’ll come back with a written offer and a clear price.
Start with the home assessment. We’ll recommend a plan and only the products the home actually needs — with a written quote before anything is fitted.
